Yearnin' for an Urn?
Without blogs and online information so readily available, how might you find everything you might need to know about urns? Thanks to this person who started with pet urns and decided to research and found a site that has just about everything you need to know about cremation urns. It is here. Pet cremation urns here. Click either of those links for anything urn-y you're yearnin' to know. Or maybe launching those ashes into space is the way to go? Pet Memorial Stones (or funeral favors?)- my mother got one when her beloved long-haired dauchsund died. Pet loss grieving guide here, lots of pet loss links here, a blogger on the death of a pet here and another young blogger on death here and Elizabeth Kubler-Ross' last book Grief and Grieving: Finding the Meaning of Grief Through Five Stages of Loss.

Cindy Sheehan doesn't have a marker for her son's grave and he died over two years ago. "I didn't want one more marble proof my son was dead," she said.
I'm not yearnin' for an urn yet but our golden retriever is aging quickly and bless my sweet sister-in-law for taking her when we couldn't bring her to NYC. Hallelujah she's still alive!
