She sure looks small and tiny, doesn't she -- she being the Queen of England. I never thought of her before as being bitty.
Stately stature. She loves the crowns, the scepter, the pageants, the parades, the hats, the handbags, the footmen and horsemen.
The take-away? It's the moms in the middle.

Consider that when she became queen she was about 5'4" -- average for that time (like my mom) Consider that she's now 83 and shrinking (like my mom and me! -- I'm down to 5'9 1/4" from 5'20" -- give or take a lil'.). Consider that Michelle is around 6'0" (-- give or take a lil'.) Of course da Queen looks short!
