That is me on Elk Mountain, as close to heaven as I think I'll ever get on earth, sandwiched between my graphical liberties, the ladies who represent my (new new) home of NYC as well as other things...
Working with digital formats in media studies, class projects often involve an introductory self-portrait. This is one for next fall's classes.
Writing, generationally, is central to my life. Reading and nature balance my writing (and hopes). Doors represent paths and adventures, home and soul and the blue door is New Mexico. The apple is for Eve, all women and MotherPie's moniker and referent.
Thanks to Paris photographer Claude for introducing me to the new flickr toys fun site which I used to make this collage. She takes a photo a day from her home base in Paris... go check out her space and see what beautiful things her eye sees. If you have done a self portrait, link to it.
MotherPie, I am thrilled to have a link on your page. Am happy to have made you discover fd's great toys. You should try others as they are a lot of fun.
